Paid Advertising
Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn campaigns managed against real revenue targets.
How we approach it
We set a target cost per lead before we spend a dollar, track every conversion back to the ad that produced it, and report against that target every month. If a channel isn't earning its budget, we say so and move the spend rather than defending the plan.
Best fit: Businesses that want a predictable, measurable lead flow rather than a slow organic build.
What the work involves
A target set before any spend
We agree a target cost per lead, or a return on ad spend for online stores, before a dollar is spent, so every later decision has a yardstick to be judged against.
Tracking that reaches the ad
Form fills, calls and purchases are tracked back to the campaign and ad that produced them. That is what makes the numbers trustworthy, and it is set up and tested before launch.
The right platform for the job
Google reaches people already searching; Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn create demand. We recommend where your money will work hardest rather than spreading it across all four.
Ads and landing pages as one unit
A good ad sending traffic to a weak page wastes the budget. Creative and the page it lands on are reviewed together.
How we measure it
You see the numbers in plain terms every month. If something isn't working, the report says so and we change the plan.
- Cost per lead or cost per acquisition against the agreed target
- Return on ad spend, for stores
- Lead quality: how many enquiries became customers
- Where budget moved during the month, and why
Common questions
How much should I spend on ads?
Enough to gather meaningful data, and little enough that a miss is affordable. The right figure depends on what a customer is worth to you and what a lead costs in your market, which we work out together on the strategy call.
Is ad spend included in your fee?
No. Ad spend is separate from our management fee and is paid directly to the advertising platform, so you always see exactly what is being spent.
What happens if the ads aren't working?
We say so and move the spend. Because every conversion is tracked, a channel that isn't earning its budget shows up in the numbers early, and the response is to reallocate or stop rather than defend the plan.
