This page explains what happens to information when you use velocitybrandinginc.com. Velocity Branding Inc. is responsible for the information described here, and we serve businesses in the United States and South Africa.

Information you give us

  • Contact form. If you use the form on our contact page, we receive the name, email address, company and message you enter. It is delivered to our inbox by our email delivery provider, Resend, and we use it only to reply to you.
  • Enquiry and assessment forms. Forms hosted by HubSpot, such as the lead form on our contact page and the Free AI Visibility Check, store what you enter in our HubSpot CRM account, which is hosted in HubSpot's EU data centre. We use it to respond to your request and to follow up on it.
  • Booking a call. Calendly collects the details you enter when you book a strategy call (name, email and anything else you add), under its own privacy policy.
  • Email. If you email us directly, we keep the correspondence as ordinary business records and use it only to respond to you.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies:

  • Google Analytics measures how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location, device and how visitors arrive. It sets cookies such as _ga.
  • HubSpot tracking recognises returning visitors and connects a form submission with the pages that led to it. It sets cookies such as hubspotutk and provides the cookie notice shown on the site, where you can manage your preferences.
  • Region preference. If you choose between our United States and South Africa pricing, a market cookie remembers your choice for up to a year so you are not asked again. It is not used for tracking.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.

Services that process data for us

We rely on a few providers to run the site and handle enquiries: Vercel (hosting, which processes standard technical logs such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site), Google (analytics), HubSpot (CRM and forms), Resend (email delivery) and Calendly (booking). We do not sell your personal information.

Links to other sites

The social links in our footer (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube) take you to those platforms, which have their own privacy practices.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing the address below. Depending on where you live, laws such as South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act, the EU and UK GDPR, and California's privacy law give you additional rights, and we will respect them. If you are in South Africa and are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you may also complain to the Information Regulator.

Clients

If you become a Velocity Branding client, any data we handle on your behalf (or your customers' behalf) as part of a marketing engagement, such as ad accounts, CRM records and campaign data, is governed by the terms of that specific engagement, not by this website policy.
